Our Mission: To assist people in need.

Hands of Light in Action (HOLIA) is an 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is very simply focused on assisting people in need.  Anyone that shares that goal is welcome to join us in this endeavor to improve our world.

Brief History

Nancy Malone, PT, founded HOLIA after Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans in 2005.  She has essentially devoted her life’s energies to assisting people in need, with her greatest passion being assistance in recovery from disasters.

Current Projects

Recent efforts include the ongoing needs that have arisen as a result of the devastating earthquake on January 14, 2010 in the Caribbean nation of Haiti.  We are also focused on domestic disasters, including damaging tornadoes in so many places & especially the devastating flooding in Minot, ND.
